Terms
These terms cover this website and purchases of Booked & Onboarded from Starlight Virtual Solutions LLC. They are written to make the practical expectations clear before anyone buys.
Who these terms are with
These Terms are an agreement between you and Starlight Virtual Solutions LLC, which does business publicly as Starlight Virtual Solutions (“Starlight,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, and especially by checking the agreement box and completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and our Digital Product Refund Policy.
Booked & Onboarded purchase
Booked & Onboarded is a one-time $29 digital product. It is not a subscription. Stripe processes the payment, and we send a private download link to the email address entered at Checkout after payment is confirmed.
Digital delivery matters. The private link expires after seven days, so download and save the ZIP promptly. If the link expires before you can save the file, contact us and we will verify the purchase before restoring access.

License and permitted use
Your purchase grants one non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one purchaser-owned business. That business may customize the client-facing copy and create individual portals or materials for its own direct clients.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, publish, upload for public access, or include the files or substantially similar derivatives inside another product, membership, template library, or service sold to others. You may not remove ownership notices or represent the original product as your own work.
Refunds and delivery problems
Because this is a digital product, change-of-mind sales are final after access is delivered. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We do help with duplicate charges, failed delivery, wrong or corrupted files, and a product that is materially different from its description. Tools, platforms, and third parties
The files include PDFs, Word and PowerPoint sources, CSV and Markdown imports, and a Notion-based operations workspace. You are responsible for having compatible software and following the included setup instructions. Starlight is not affiliated with or endorsed by Stripe, Notion, Microsoft, or any other third-party platform mentioned in the product.
Third-party services have their own terms, availability, pricing, and features. A future platform change may require you to adapt an import or source file.
No guaranteed business result
Booked & Onboarded is a practical operations resource, not legal, accounting, tax, employment, or financial advice. Your business, clients, tools, and obligations are different from anyone else’s, so review and adapt the materials before using them.
We do not promise a particular revenue, conversion rate, client result, time savings, or other business outcome. We do promise to deliver the product described on the sales page and to address the delivery and file problems covered by the Refund Policy.
The free tools on this site, including the Operations Scorecard and the browser-based outline tool, are provided as-is for general information. They run in your browser, their results are practical suggestions rather than professional advice, and they carry the same limitations described above.
Ownership and website use
The website design, copy, product files, and original materials are owned by Starlight or used with permission. You may browse the site for ordinary business purposes, but you may not scrape, copy, reproduce, interfere with, reverse engineer, or misuse the site or its protected content.
Liability and applicable law
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Starlight is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or product. Any direct liability relating to a product purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that product. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not allow them.
Idaho law governs these Terms without overriding consumer protections that apply where you live. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms for future website use or purchases. The version accepted at Checkout applies to that purchase; a later change will not silently replace the agreed purchase terms.
