Digital Product Refund Policy

What you are purchasing

Booked & Onboarded is sold by Starlight Virtual Solutions LLC as a one-time $29 digital download. It is not a subscription. After Stripe confirms payment, we email a private download link to the address entered during Checkout.

Why change-of-mind sales are final

A digital file cannot be physically returned once access has been provided. For that reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges and do not provide refunds because a buyer changes their mind, no longer needs the product, or decides not to use it after delivery.

When we will help

Email kelsey@starlightvirtualsolutions.com if any of the following happens:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• Stripe confirmed payment but you did not receive download access.
• The download contains the wrong files or a file is corrupted.
• The delivered product is materially different from the description on the sales page.

We will first restore access or correct or replace the affected files. If we cannot provide the product as described, we will refund the purchase. Please include the email address used at Checkout and, if available, the Stripe receipt or Checkout Session reference so we can locate the order.

Payment disputes and legal rights

This policy does not remove billing-error, chargeback, or consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. It also does not excuse non-delivery, duplicate billing, deceptive descriptions, or defective files.
