Social Account Data Deletion
Use this process to ask Starlight Virtual Solutions LLC to delete personal information received through a connected Facebook, Instagram, Threads, or LinkedIn interaction.
Send your request
Email kelsey@starlightvirtualsolutions.com with the subject Social account data deletion request.
Include the social platform, your account handle, and the approximate date of the interaction. Do not send a password, authentication code, payment-card number, or a copy of sensitive identification.
Verification and completion
We may reply through the same email address or social account to verify that the request came from the account holder. After verification, we will delete information that Starlight controls and ask applicable service providers to delete it when their tools support that request.
We aim to acknowledge a verified request within 10 business days and complete it within 30 days. We will explain if applicable law requires a longer period.
We may retain a minimal record when it is required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, dispute, or legal obligations. We will not keep it for unrelated marketing.
Disconnect a social account
You can also remove Starlight's access from the connected platform's app or website permissions. Disconnecting stops future access but may not delete records already required for a legitimate business or legal purpose, so send the request above if you also want deletion.
